We are committed to securing a greener future and helping tackle the growing threat of a warming climate. Cheshire Wildlife Trust, along with other Wildlife Trusts and a coalition of experts from business and academia, are working on the Wilder Carbon initiative. This initiative enables businesses to invest in nature restoration whilst addressing the climate crisis.

Alongside our work on the Wilder Carbon initiative, our dedicated team of professionals work with landowners and land managers across Cheshire to create and restore habitats and assist them to generate independently verified carbon units through recognised quality assurance standards. We can provide the full end to end service, from initial project design through to completion of environmental impact assessments to creating or restoring the habitat and on to generating and verifying the carbon units.
